Cialis

Cialis (tadalafil) is supposed to be taken only by people to who it was prescribed, i.e. those diagnosed with erectile dysfunction and in need of such kind of treatment. Your health care provider will need to know your full medical history before being able to prescribe any dosage of Cialis. This is why you are supposed to tell the doctor about any of the following conditions even if you had them in the past: blood cell problems (sickle cell anemia, leukemia, multiple myeloma), cavernosal fibrosis, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, high cholesterol, ulcers in the stomach, liver, kidney, or heart disease, a heart attack, irregular heartbeat, Peyronie's disease, chest pain, bleeding disorder, or a stroke. Some of these conditions may require additional tests – so your health care provider will do everything possible to make sure you are getting all the benefits of the treatment. While some Cialis side effects are mild and tend to go away without any doctor’s interference (headache, heartburn, diarrhea, flushing, cough) others can be quite serious and require medical attention. These can include sudden loss of vision or hearing, dizziness, hives, chest pain, rash and ringing in the ears. Cialis is FDA pregnancy category B. This means that this drug is not expected to do any harm to the unborn baby if taken by a pregnant woman. However, it is not known for sure what kind of effects Cialis may have on a nursing baby- i.e. whether it passes into breast milk or not. Therefore, if you are a pregnant or breastfeeding woman and you think you need to start taking Cialis due to whatever reason, first discuss it with a qualified professional to see if the benefits outweigh potential risks.
